Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage Route Drivers and daily service routes.

· Facilitate comprehensive training programs for all new Route Drivers.

· Step in to run routes as necessary to ensure seamless operations.

· Maintain and expand customer accounts, actively soliciting new business.

· Support Market Managers in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Oversee the Route Sales Team, ensuring accuracy in route books, orders, and depot inventory.

· Manage the daily settlement of routes.

· Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, both in person and via telephone.

· Lead, coach, and develop Route Drivers to enhance their performance.

· Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in all tasks.

· Demonstrate effective leadership to drive business performance improvements.

· Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to pass a background check and DOT Physical.

· Ability to pass a drug screening.

· Preferred experience in supervisory roles or management.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Strong oral and written communication abilities.

· Proven leadership qualities.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility with work schedule.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central.

· Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification.
