The Senior Client Executive is a strategic, consultative sales leader responsible for expanding OptiVia’s presence across Financial Institutions (FIs), OEM partners, and emerging lines of self-service business. This role blends relationship management, solution consulting, and growth strategy—ensuring clients receive exceptional value while identifying new opportunities for OptiVia’s turnkey equipment‑deployment services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Leadership - Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned FIs, OEMs, and enterprise‑level banking clients.
- Deeply understand client operational needs, equipment strategies, and deployment timelines to position OptiVia’s turnkey solutions effectively.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, performance assessments, and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders.
Revenue Growth & Business Development - Expand OptiVia’s footprint within existing accounts through cross‑sell and up‑sell of ATM and TCR design, installation, logistics, and lifecycle‑management services.
- Develop new business with Super Regional and National banks by identifying modernization initiatives, branch transformation programs, and ATM fleet upgrades.
- Partner with OEMs to coordinate joint go‑to‑market efforts and strengthen channel alignment.
Solution Consulting & Project Alignment - Translate client needs into actionable scopes of work in collaboration with OptiVia’s project management and technical teams.
- Ensure seamless handoff and execution of projects, maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to internal leadership.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities - Manage and respond to customer RFPs, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions aligned with OptiVia’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Assist with onboarding of new clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, clear expectations, and successful early‑stage engagement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account plans within Hubspot.
- Contribute to annual revenue planning and territory strategy.
- Track industry trends in equipment, modernization, and technology to guide client conversations.
- Work with Marketing to provide content for client communications.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing large or complex accounts.
- Experience selling consultative or solution-based offerings.
