Job Description
The Project Manager ensures smooth operation of client construction and installation projects offered by Optivia, regarding ATMs and bank equipment.
The Project Manager wears multiple hats and must be able to multitask, delegate work and oversees the operating organization on implementation projects; while working through vendors, contractors, installers and clients. In this position, the project manager will work remotely with installers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include: managing client projects to guarantee that standard procedures are followed within the project, site preparation work, and installation of their project until completed to the client’s expectations.
  • Manage relationship with outside vendors, scheduling and oversight of contractors.
  • Work with the team to ensure job sites and projects are being executed timely and professionally and troubleshoot any foreseeable problems.
  • Work with lead installers to manage construction and project execution. Troubleshooting issues with installers and contractors while in they are in the field. Knowledge of construction is critical to assist with troubleshooting.
  • Regular check in throughout the project’s stages of the installation process; communicating with the installation team and client throughout.
  • Work with scheduler to manage work force and even distribution of manpower for efficiency and financial performance
  • Work with the field operations managers to assist in install employee development and coaching.
  • Manage product inventory and supply chain constraints.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience required
  • Experience in construction management is a plus
  • Certificates in project management, such as PMP, are a plus
  • Ability to sit and stand for continuous period.
  • Outstanding computer skills - Microsoft products, experience in Connectwise is a plus
  • Personal character in accordance with the company core values and belief.
  • Required to pass a drug and background check
