Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

This role functions to execute the deployment of paid media plans, particularly on programmatic and social platforms. The Paid Media Specialist will oversee and coordinate the builds, ongoing optimizations and reporting of those plans across channels and cross-functional teams and projects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Leads the design and execution of paid media builds in advertising platforms (Meta, TTD, Google, Teads, etc).

  • Acts as platform expert and makes recommendations on audience targeting and campaign goals.

  • Completes ongoing campaign monitoring and optimizations based on performance data and trend analysis.

  • Creates ad tests and updates campaigns accordingly.

  • Manages advertising budgets and devise bid strategies and best practices to maximize ROI.

  • Monitors and delivers monthly, quarterly and annual campaign reporting.

  • Responsible for packaging of final deliverables with UTMs and trafficking of creative assets in campaigns.

  • Manages database of ad specs across vendors for the purpose of assets creation and tracking.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field (required)

Work Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and paid media campaigns (required)

  • Health care knowledge (preferred)

Training

  • Experience with Google Suite, The TradeDesk, Meta, Teads (preferred)

  • Canva (preferred)

Work Classification

  • This is a remote/work from home opportunity
  • Associate must be able to work eastern time zone hours
