About the opportunity

Join us as a Home Care Worker, and help us deliver even greater outcomes for our clients, communities, and you. At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Home Care Worker, you’ll create cherished moments each day. You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

The role offers:
• Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
• Flexible working hours.
• Mobile phone.

What you’ll bring:
You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Current Victorian Drivers License.

• First Aid Certificate (Level 2).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.

• The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.

• NDIS Clearance
• First Aid
