About the opportunity
Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (MMH&WS) is seeking applications from passionate and committed colleagues for the role of Roster Liaison and ANUM Support.
This service-wide role will provide essential roster and staffing support across our Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, with a particular focus on acute teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to workforce stability and staff wellbeing while developing your leadership and workforce planning experience.

To thrive in this role, you will:
Provide leadership and coordination in roster management to ensure safe staffing levels and compliance with Enterprise Agreements.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and short-term workforce planning.
Manage planned and unplanned vacancies.
Provide rostering oversight to help reduce staff fatigue and improve wellbeing.
Collaborate with clinical leaders and managers to optimise staffing and support staff wellbeing.
Contribute to supernumerary rostering to upskill staff and strengthen workforce capacity.
Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and recovery-oriented care.
About You
Registered Mental Health Clinician with current AHPRA registration.
Experience in rostering within a health setting, preferably with RosterOn.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, including fatigue/rest requirements.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to recovery-oriented practice and Mercy Health values.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
