About the opportunity

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding

• Performing light housekeeping, duties

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Administering medication as prescribed

• Assisting with mobility and exercises

• Monitoring and reporting changes in health status to healthcare team

The role offers

• Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.

What you’ll bring
You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

● A current NDIS Clearance and Driver's License
● Current proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
