About the opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director Clinical Excellence, the PMO Manager - Health Services provides strategic leadership and direction for project management across Health Services. You will lead the implementation of consistent project management methodologies, frameworks and tools, ensuring high‑quality delivery, meaningful reporting and strong governance across all project activities. You will play a critical part in strengthening organisational capability, uplifting project maturity and enabling successful outcomes across a diverse and complex service environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the PMO Manager - Health Services, you will:
Lead and embed project management methodologies, standards and tools to ensure consistent reporting and high‑quality delivery.
Partner with internal assurance teams and manage external assurance providers to uplift delivery capability and reduce risk.
Coach, mentor and support project managers to build capability and ensure project success.
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practice in project management.
Provide senior leaders with clear, accurate project progress updates, risk insights and recommendations.
Implement governance frameworks in collaboration with the Enterprise PMO (EPMO).
Foster a collaborative, inclusive and values‑driven project delivery environment.
About You
You are an experienced project management professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading others to success. You bring:
Relevant qualifications and experience in project management in a health setting.
Demonstrated expertise in project and change management.
Strong ability to coach and inspire teams and drive consistent adoption of PMO frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex situations, identify trends and implement solutions.
Commitment to continuous improvement and high‑quality project delivery.
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
