About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. The Manager - Modern Workplace leads the design, delivery and continuous improvement of modern ways of working across Mercy Health. The role ensures the effective use of Microsoft 365, remote access platforms and related digital capabilities to support a secure, collaborative and productive workforce across Healthy Ageing, Health Services and Support Services

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Experience leading modern workplace and M365 functions in a complex, multi site organisation.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform and Co-pilot)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver Digital uplift projects
Experience with identity and access management, Intune/Endpoint management and remote access platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership
Experience with emerging workplace technologies such as AI enabled tools, automation and advance analytics.
Knowledge of project management methodologies. (Agile, PRINCE2 etc.)
Experience in healthcare or a similar complex, multi-stakeholder environment
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
