About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As P2P Improvement Lead you’ll ensures the accuracy and integrity of master data, strengthens the link between P&SC, Business stakeholders and Accounts Payable(A/P). You will work with category managers and suppliers to onboard catalogues, aligned to contracted items and pricing schedules.
What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
5-8 years in Procurement Operations, P2P, Supply Chain, Master Data or similar roles
Experience managing catalogues within ERP system (TechnologyOne preferred)
Ability to influence stakeholders and translate procurement policies into practical buying pathways.
Strong stakeholder experience across Procurement, A/P and suppliers
Experience in Aged-care sector and Healthcare at Home is highly desirable
Strong understanding of P2P processes, catalogue structures, pricing controls, and contract alignment.
High attention to detail with strong data governance and quality‑assurance mindset
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, procurement, finance, and operations
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
