To thrive in this role, you will have:
Experience / Qualifications in business or related discipline
Experience / knowledge of health sector industry classifications and awards
Experience with workforce planning and rostering best practice
Essential to have experience with rostering systems (for example RosterOn, Optima)
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to work.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
About the Role
Provides guidance in the use of roster tools, to support the Aged Care and Health Services roster framework.
Support the delivery of rostering system training to aged care homes and hospitals as required.
Provide ongoing support for facility based rostering coordinators to ensure ongoing best practice in rostering and timely publishing of working rosters.
Provides RosterOn technical support to all stakeholders, including managers and rostering staff
Use of computer and software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Use and management of RosterOn system.
Produce reports as required to ensure rostering best practice and operational efficiency across all facilities
Supports Workforce Team to deliver project related requirements.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check.
