Hours: 76 hour fortnight – Monday to Friday, business hours

Salary: Approx. $100k negotiable plus Superannuation

Location: Richmond Support Services office, Melbourne. Travel to other sites will be a requirement of the role

About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As Care Reimagined Enablement Lead, you’ll use your strong understanding of clinical governance, consumer engagement, and care experience strategy to support with the implementation and embedding of Care Reimagined which is a renewed approach to clinical governance at Mercy Health.


This role supports transformative approaches to care that are safe, connected, effective, personal, and inclusive - leading to improved outcomes and help achieve even more for all who need us.


What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health, clinical governance, or related field.
  • Experience within the Health Sector or human services sector within similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of aged care, acute care, mental health, and community service environments.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Commitment to person-centred, equitable, and culturally safe care.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check
