What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and resolving issues in audio, video, control, and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting and escalating programming issues in the field, making necessary changes independently or with assistance.
- Coordinating new customer incidents, problems, and requests via a ticketing system.
- Performing onsite preventative maintenance for support contract clients, ensuring all devices function as intended.
- Conducting research on system lifecycle and assisting customer engagement teams in improving customer experience.
- Providing training to customers on the use of their audiovisual systems.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize team effectiveness.

- You have a solid understanding of commercial audio-visual signal flow.

Other Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites, working from home and on location, with flexible hours.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
