JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the financial health and growth as well as managing the risk management functions for company.
Responsibilities Include:
· Leading and building a team of qualified and experienced accountants and financial personnel. Understand what they do and how they do it. Areas of responsibility include all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting, costing, rate development, inventory, fixed assets, global cash management, payroll, 401k, healthcare coverage, AP, AR, PC insurance, tax, audits, M&A
· Developing tools and strategies to provide critical and timely financial information to the CEO and management to use as a basis to manage the business
· Making recommendations to grow and improve the business based on financial analysis, including analyzing operations to identify areas in need of reorganization or cost cutting as well as expansion into new product areas
· Overseeing long term budget planning and cost management in alignment with strategy
· Preparing and maintaining timely and accurate financial reports
· Completing analysis of financial results
· Ensuring budgets are developed and upheld by owners of line items throughout the year, including regular meetings with department managers
· Overseeing global cash flows and ensuring available funds; develop global cash strategy
· Developing predictive models and activity-based analysis
· Overseeing corporate audits and ensuring taxes are filed properly and timely
· Reviewing Bank loan contracts, Real Estate Leases ( and other documents as needed
· Managing Global Tax and Risk Management, including recommending appropriate insurance coverage and tax and insurance strategies
· Maintaining business licenses and registrations
· Evaluating acquisitions and managing the process, execution and integration.
· Assisting and advising shareholders with respect to their legal, tax and insurance needs.
· Managing the company’s financing and banking needs and relationships and assuring compliance with any loan covenants.
· Other duties as assigned by Manager.
PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY
This position will communicate with their staff daily as well as with the CEO, COO, Senior Leadership Team, and outside bankers, auditors and brokers.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Experience in a senior financial management role within a manufacturing firm strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in accounting
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred
EQUIPMENT USED
This position will be using a personal computer and telephone.
WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
This position will be in an office setting daily.
