RJE is seeking a sales leader to coach and motivate our sales team across both markets. The individual in this role must have a desire and passion to live and work in excellence, work closely with multiple departments across the organization, all while acting as an outward facing representative of RJE.
The director of sales serves as a strategic business leader responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, elevating team performance, and aligning business development efforts with RJE’s long-term vision and culture. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape market strategy, foster innovation, enhance customer experience, and create operational alignment across sales, design, project delivery, and client engagement functions.
This leader is responsible not only for achieving sales goals, but for helping create a scalable, high-performing organization that reflects RJE’s commitment to innovation, trust, service, accountability, relationships, joy, and excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Must establish clear expectations and drive accountability across teams and functions.
- Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Must have experience in developing and executing sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Must have experience in leading and managing a sales team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Must be an expert in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools, with demonstrated ability to manage and execute the full sales cycle within the CRM environment.
- Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Leader (CSL) or similar are a plus.
- Prior EOS (Entrepreneurial Operation System) experience desired.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Coaching, Understanding, and Partnering: Must be able to coach, listen, and partner effectively with the sales team and across the organization.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Proven experience leading and connecting with various teams across the organization, including design, operations, and project coordinators.
