1-Year Rate: $21.50

2-Year Rate: $22.50

Position Details

• Batches and blends dry ingredients in accordance with the production schedule as well as safety and sanitation regulations
• Reads and follows production schedule, repack work order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, repacked, or blended
• Assembles orders according to defined and established procedures following customer formulas and recipes
• Participates in the taking of physical inventory
• Examines material and food ingredients for foreign matter such as insects, dirt, metal debris, etc.
• Lifts and carries 50-100lb products consistently throughout the day

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
• High School Degree or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.

• Detail oriented, organized, highly accurate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Conscientious and flexible to the changing needs and demands of work.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative in decision making in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team building skills; gains the trust and respect of colleagues and direct reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sage X3 experience a plus, WMS skills on other platforms preferred.
