Goettsch International, Inc. is a leading supplier of corrugated, converting and recycling machinery to international markets including the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, South America, Southeast Asia, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Goettsch International Inc. can integrate multiple manufacturers’ machinery and coordinate shipping, delivery, turnkey installation and after sales support for the life of the equipment.

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Field Service Manager to run our field service team. In this role, you will manage a team of remote technicians located around the world, troubleshooting machine issues and problems, and coordinating technicians for new machine installations. Additionally, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate a team of remote technicians located in various parts of the world.
  • Ensure that all technicians are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues and problems remotely or on-site, as required.
  • Work with customers to schedule and coordinate new machine installations, and ensure that all installations are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure that all service activities are conducted efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Work with suppliers, other departments, including sales and engineering, to identify and resolve technical issues and to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Limited travel to customer sites as needed to support service activities.

The ideal candidate will promote a positive company culture based on core values of integrity, innovation, and service excellence. In addition, you will need:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience managing a remote field service team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the corrugated machinery industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues and problems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
