Job Opportunity: Operations Sales Manager with Allied Technical Services in Cincinnati, OH

As the Operations Sales Manager with Allied Technical Services, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining profitability of an Allied Pump Rental (APR) Branch location through the management of sales, daily operations and delivery of exceptional customer service, personnel management, and assets and facilities management.
The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on leader with the ability to successfully meet branch performance goals as well as promote and encourage a culture of teamwork and development. To be successful you will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations management or related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of five years of sales, construction, industrial and/or relatable leadership experience, within a complex operations environment
- Sales experience in pump and process equipment for municipal, industrial, construction, or related sector is preferred
- Previous business management experience, including direct P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills focused on a connected company culture that nurtures teamwork, inclusion, coaching, and motivating staff members
- A focus on growth with strong self-purpose to include the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and strengths in goal setting
- Highly developed Internal & External customer focused management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25-100 lbs., bend, squat, reach, as well as ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Allied Technical Services, Inc., are pumping equipment specialists with extensive experience in the specification, installation, start-up, troubleshooting, predictive and preventive maintenance and repair of industrial and municipal pumping and process equipment. We are currently seeking candidates to manage our Pump Rental Branch located in Cincinnati, OH.
Allied Pump Rentals provides portable temporary pump and pipe system bypassing equipment used for transport of water and wastewater during construction and maintenance of sewer and water conveyance and treatment infrastructure.
