As the Strategic & Digital Alliances Manager, you will spearhead the development of strategic partnerships with leading corporations and enterprises across our territory. Your role will be pivotal in forging alliances that elevate our brand presence and culminate in prestigious sponsorships of our flagship programs and events. Other responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with prominent corporate entities to enhance their brand visibility and market presence.
  • Champion sponsorship and advertising initiatives tailored to the needs of large-scale enterprises, leveraging innovative opportunities for mutual benefit.
  • Engage with companies with larger workforces, to partner, promote and craft-sell comprehensive packages inclusive of Google ad space.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with our BBB Patron participants and be the single point of contact for all business matters including profile updates, billing, and beyond for these valued sponsors.
  • Foster strategic alliances with charities through our Accredited Charity and licensing programs, to further solidify our organizational footprint.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic Advertising Sales team, empowering them to surpass strategic objectives.
  • Work alongside our Marketing Team to coordinate event logistics, with a primary focus on our prestigious Torch Awards ceremony while extending support to additional events as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication prowess, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to deliver compelling presentations in various settings. You must be highly organized, self-driven, and sales motivated. Other qualifications will include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional level of polish and professionalism to represent the BBB to the business community and the general public.
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated success in managing large, high-profile accounts.
  • Possess an innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, exuding confidence and sophistication in all professional interactions.A hunter mentality - unafraid to proactively engage in outreach efforts to cultivate valuable relationships.
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio and commitment to high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
  • Strong active listening skills with an ability to identify a prospect’s needs, propose solutions, and close sales.
