About the Role: As a paralegal, you’ll handle tasks related to judgment collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy proceedings. You’ll work with liens, court dockets, pleadings, motions, affidavits, and real estate documents like title work and deeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer correspondence and phone calls.
• Format, revise, and finalize correspondence.
• Data entry in practice management software
• Help with document preparation and team projects.
• File pleadings, motions, and affidavits on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent personal skills and outstanding communication.
• Availability weekdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Strong math and accounting skills.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
• High school diploma with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks.

Schedule:

In office position – Monday through Friday
