Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Addiction Counselor to join our team. The Addiction Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support to individuals struggling with addiction. This position requires a strong understanding of addiction, mental health, and counseling techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate clients on addiction, recovery, and coping strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:

• high school diploma or higher
• CDCA or licensed provider
• Experience working with individuals with addiction and mental health issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
