Description

Position Summary:

Provides direction and oavesite of operation and clinical services at an adoleschent girls residential program, ensuring organizational and financial goals are met and client outcomes are achieved.

Position Description:

  • Direct, plan, coordinate, develop and monitor all aspects of operations including, but not limited to, strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, and management
  • Develop, oversee and submit operational budgets.
  • Oversee referrals and census to maintain targeted budget. Generate and use financial and programmatic outcomes for continuous quality improvement.
  • Supports Operation Lead to hires, train and coach front line staff ensuring proactive, positive leadership
  • Hire, train, and coach clinical staff (therapist and case manager). Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff to meet job role expectations.
  • Administratively supervise Operation Lead and Administrative Specialist.
  • Work collaboratively with the site and agency leadership teams on initiatives for effective site operations
  • Oversee the clinical delivery of services in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification, accreditation and agency standards. Use evidence-based models to drive program development, implementation and ensuring fidelity to best practices.
  • Follow protocols in responding to, reporting and resolving unusual incidents. Use crisis intervention skills and anticipate/prevent crises. Ensure staff are properly trained in crisis intervention and management to reduce risk.
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement, quality assurance and compliance across service areas. Accurately assess and meeting training and supervision needs by using program data and best practices.
  • Assure current policies and procedures for operations and compliance with all appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
  • Act as a liaison within the community and local/regional stakeholders to promote goals, collaboration and growth of the program.
  • Minimize risks, financial and otherwise, through training, data collection analysis and forecasting.
  • Monitor and complete reports according to requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to successfully interface with internal and external customers
  • Ability to resolve and de-escalate conflict in an open, effective and timely manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Skill in supervising others while coaching and developing
  • Ability to ensure maintenance of appropriate boundaries with staff and clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task

Job Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Behavioral/Social Sciences, Business/Public Administration or related area or;
  • Independent Clinical License (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
  • Dependent on position; licensure may be required
  • 3 years supervisory/management experience
  • Valid drivers license and current auto insurance
