Position Summary:
Performs duties and leads/supervises others to support site operations in accordance with the contract, licensing, accreditation and agency practices. Ensures client needs are met and designated practices are followed.
Position Description:
- Support/Lead Program functions fo ensure service delivery and compliance with regulations and standards
- Supervise up to 6 FTEs, promoting teamwork and effective communication, with minimum supervision
- Lead staff training and monitor ongoing processes
- Plan for coverage, inventory, maintenance, and oversight to maintain quality operations
- Communicate key information, manage workflow, and provide oversight of client activity and facility operations
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exhibit professionalism through strong verbal and written communication, maintaining approproate boundaries with both staff and clients
- Foster a positive work environment, model professional conduct, and effectively resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- A;;ppy problem0solving skill, multitask effeciently, and utilize crisis management techniques when needed
- Use computer systems for record-keeping and data management, and drive as required by the program
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent education and experience and;
- 1-3 years’ experience in similar setting or role
- Driving if required by the program
Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
- Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional sitting.
- Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
- May require ability to walk up to four flights of stairs depending on location.
- Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking/communicating.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including computer.
