What You’ll Do: Use a strengths-based approach to provide employment assistance to clients. Conduct intake screenings and assessments to evaluate work history, skills, and career goals. Help clients develop resumes, strengthen interviewing skills, and create job-seeking plans. Facilitate individual and group sessions using established curriculum and resources. Provide vocational planning and training based on local employment opportunities and client readiness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting for funders and referral sources. Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure holistic client support. Coordinate and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Occasionally transport clients to support employment-related goals. Always maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in your work. Experience with vocational assessment and career development tools. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage crises and support clients with complex needs.
