Position Summary:
Leads the strategic direction, activities, budget, and administration of the Child Wellness Campus. Plans the implementation and delivery of overall programs and activities to ensure organizational direction and goals are met and client outcomes achieved. .
Position Description:
- Manage the daily operations of the Child Wellness Campus (CWC), including oversight of clinical, educational, and support staff
- Provide strategic leadership for program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with organizational mission, as well as funder(s), and State of Ohio requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison with county, state, and community stakeholders to ensure strong cross system collaboration
- Develop and manage the budget and operating plan to support the financial success of the
programCWC - Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the agency
- Utilize a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the programs and to identify areas for improvement
- Supervise program management by providing direction, input, feedback and coaching
- Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders; write reports for internal and external purposes
- Collaborate with other agency service lines to ensure service integration
- Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Job Requirements:
- Experience working with multisystem youth and knowledge of trauma informed, evidence-based services for youth and families
- Master’s degree in behavioral/social sciences
- Independent licensure (LISW or LPCC)
- 4 years supervisory/management experience
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Essential Functions/Physical Demands:
- Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Constant sitting.
- Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
- Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
