The Sr. Director will lead and develop a high-performing team while also engaging in critical analyses, system transitions, and complex problem solving. Operational Cost Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Oversee analysis of cost drivers, absorption variances, and E&O results; partner with leaders to deliver improvements.

  • Build tools and frameworks that enhance decision-making and streamline reporting.

Financial Reporting & Systems Implementation

  • Direct Operations Finance reporting while actively building new reporting tools in Oracle ERP/EPM and BI platforms.

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and actionable.

  • Roll up sleeves to validate data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth transitions.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Own forecasting and planning cycles for Operations, ensuring integration with global finance timelines.

  • Guide the team while also developing or reviewing models, inputs, and assumptions directly.

Capital Investment & Cost Savings

  • Provide leadership and financial oversight for capital expenditure requests, ensuring rigor and compliance.

  • Personally review ROI analyses, conduct post-project evaluations, and validate realized savings.

Supply Chain & Cost-to-Serve Analysis

  • Lead cost-to-serve modeling, ensuring product costs are accurately reflected in pricing and supply chain decisions.

  • Engage directly in complex modeling and sensitivity analysis as footprint strategies evolve.

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.

  • Act as the bridge between operations detail and strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment across functions.
