As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will ensures that all products meet stringent domestic and international environmental and chemical regulations. This role manages the end-to-end compliance lifecycle, from supplier material verification to global market registrations.
Additional Duties:
- Lead corporate compliance for RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals), and other international regulations, as required.
- Manage Conflict Minerals reporting (3TG) to ensure responsible sourcing throughout the global supply chain.
- Track and interpret emerging international regulations in key markets (EU, Asia-Pacific, Americas) to prevent business disruptions.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to collect and verify material declarations and full material disclosures.
- Maintains technical compliance files including agency reports and revisions, test results, Compliance Reports, etc.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify non-compliant materials early in the product development phase.
- Acts as point of contact for international sales channel on matters of product certification. Provides guidance to sales on product-specific compliance to international standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering or Global Trade
- Experience: 2 years of experience in global regulatory affairs
- Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in global regulatory affairs

This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
