As an Engineering Intern with PCB Piezotronics, Inc you will apply their academic knowledge to provide practical, project-focused support, collaborate effectively with the team, adhere to company policies, and gain hands-on experience that advances both personal development and the department’s goals.
Additional Duties:
- Works with the Engineering team and assists team members with assigned projects and tasks.
- Provides general support to the Engineering department as required.
- Contributes process improvement ideas and suggestions.
- Gains as much practical experience in the workplace related to area of study by shadowing the Engineering team members, learning the relevant tools, systems and products and completing assigned projects and tasks.
- Participates in team meetings.
- Follows all PCB company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the team and PCB.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Actively pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in the applicable engineering discipline or related field from an accredited university or college.
Experience:
- Basic computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office applications, strong communication skills (written and verbal), self-motivated and detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
Travel Requirement:
- As Needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or co-op experience preferred.

This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M).
