We are seeking a Customer Experience Sales Support Specialist to assist with administrative and day to day functions within the Customer Experience Sales Support Service area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures purchase orders and all customer inquiries are processed in a timely manner with accurateness
- Customer returns and invoicing
- Preparing export documents
- Consignment month end invoicing and inventory reconciliation
- Customer order fulfillment updates and communications
- Handling customer complaints
- Communications with the Sales and Marketing Team including our Foreign Offices
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
Education/Skills
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Order fulfillment, SAP, logistics, and/or customer service process experience preferred
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline is desired but not mandatory
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong work ethic exemplified by good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills

- Strong computer application and typing skills
- Proficient in business math
- Rapid learning ability for order fulfillment processes and systems
Work Environment:
- Primary work area would be office conditions
