Job Description

Ascent Private Capital of U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Specialist with demonstrated product support experience and a proven track record of impacting change within an organization.


  • Align user needs with business objectives.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders to define the business strategy for a product.
  • Develop, deploy, and support Ascent's proprietary reporting system.
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships with Ascent partners.
  • Prepare and maintain related technical documentation.
  • Meet product development and growth goals.
  • Recommend enhancements to product line to stimulate usage and meet objectives.
  • Provide ongoing system administration.
  • Assist in the daily maintenance, including reconciliation, reporting, and onboarding of clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Investments
  • Product Management experience
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience
  • Advance Microsoft Excel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Collaborative in team setting
  • Strong organizational skills (requirement gathering)
  • Thorough knowledge of data feeds, databases, and APIs
  • Creative problem solver skills
  • Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
  • Experience using Addepar (or related), Performance Station, Pivot, SharePoint (external systems)

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 - $90,400.00 - $99,440.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
