Job Description
The USBI Unclaimed Property Business Operations Manager supports the lost shareholder and unclaimed property research and state escheatment activities for US Bancorp Investments Inc./Wealth Management. Role is responsible for leading department activities, including state specific research and legislative analysis, system integrations, report definition and creation, and annual state reporting. Provides quality support to investment clients and other internal partners by responding to and resolving issues and questions associated with operational processing of investment related abandoned accounts. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Maintains departmental procedures and adherence to USBI and state regulatory policies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of operations-related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions for FINRA broker-dealers and/or state escheatment regulations
- Unclaimed Property/Escheatment experience or background
- FINRA Licensing SIE, Series 99, or Series 7
- Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations and human resources

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $67,320.00 - $79,200.00 - $87,120.00
