Job Description
The Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager will focus on asset dispositions and redevelopments. Responsibilities include; (a) portfolio analysis to identify opportunities; (b) market and asset analysis to determine highest and best use, and value; (c) establishing project strategy; (d) managing third party broker activity including pipeline management and asset marketing programs; (d) financial and qualitative analysis of proposals; (e) managing negotiations and contract documentation; and (f) managing closings.
Given the size and diversity of U.S. Bank’s real estate portfolio, the Transaction Manager should also have skills to support asset acquisitions, tenant leasing, and third-party leasing, as well as asset management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 10 or more years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, with corporate real estate experience preferred
- Experience with a variety of asset types – office, retail, specialty, etc.
- Strategic perspective
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Landlord and tenant financial modeling
- Commercial real estate marketing experience
- Develop and communicate investment recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to successfully operate within a cross-functional team
- Proven history of creating value and delivering results that matter
- Active real estate license
If the successful candidate is located in Minneapolis, MN - Charlotte, NC - Atlanta, GA - Milwaukee, WI or Cincinnati, OH or another pertinent location within the 26-state U.S. Bank footprint, the role will be hybrid (three days in office and two from home). If the successful person is outside of the 26-state footprint or in a location impractical for hybrid, then the role is open for a fully remote working model.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
