Job Description

The Business Case Coordinator will take a primary role in defining business cases for large capital investment projects (capex) for Consumer Segments. The individual will be responsible for business line management of the AFE lifecycle. This includes partnership across product, technology, finance plus other key stakeholders to ensure ongoing capital expenditure deliverables are met and the business line is positioned to deliver on the highest strategic initiatives while delivering on performance metrics within.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for success planning and coordination of capital investment across Consumer Segment and Solutions to ensure continuity and alignment between business lines and the strategic objectives of the segment.
• Support Consumer Segment and Solutions reporting, forecasting, and planning functions which include ongoing updates to AFE deliverables; expense, timing, revenue, supplemental information
• Regularly provides thorough ad hoc reporting/analysis proactively.
• Communicating and consulting with senior leaders, detailed capex reporting, variance commentary, personnel tracking and analysis, and supplemental reporting for Senior Leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (TOS, Finance, Digital office, 24 Hr Banking, Retail Banking, Marketing, Brand, etc.) to ensure artifacts and deliverables accurately represent and align to the one U.S. Bank brand, and create cohesion across customer, client, and employee touchpoints for the consumer segment
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
- Two or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling strategic and financial business cases
- Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $125,715.00 - $147,900.00 - $162,690.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
