Job Description
Point of contact for Front Office Sales and Traders regrading operational inquiries for Foreign Exchange activity. Which will include queries regarding positions, profit and loss, mark to market, regulatory reports and general inquires. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable risk and controls awareness and ability to apply this to the operating environment. Self-starter, motivated and ability to implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Participate in identifying systems requirements and systems testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate projects with the Front Office and Back Office.
- Monitor internal dealings to ensure the absence of fraud.
- Streamlining operational activity and complying with regulations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
- Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use
- Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of a business line or function area

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
