Job Description

The role of Foreclosure Associate is responsible to manage timeliness of foreclosure action on behalf of the bank and ensure applicate state, federal, and internal policy is followed throughout the process. The process requires the employee to complete multiple tasks to ensure appropriate handling of the account through the action.

Usually works in a specific area under direct to general supervision, responsible for various activities and support staff duties at a minimal level of complexity for a group. Has a basic understanding of the business and general office skills. Work is performed under supervisor direction and instruction. May work on basic projects with assistance and oversight of other staff and managers. Incumbent typically has a high school diploma and up to two years of related experience.

This is an internship experience from January to April. This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
