Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Inclusive Growth, the Inclusive Growth Consultant consults with key leaders and influencers across assigned lines of business, providing tailored recommendations to supplement and/or exceed business line revenue targets by providing diverse segment expertise in relation to their product and revenue growth initiatives. In partnership with the business line and enabling function peers, this position will be responsible for developing and facilitating targeted strategies to increase revenue growth among diverse and underserved segments.
Major Responsibilities:
Applies cultural expertise, data and insights, and community connections to create strategic recommendations to business lines that result in incremental business opportunities.
Leverages partnerships across the enterprise to identify business opportunities and present multi-segment referral sources to enhance customer and client market penetration/performance.
Works with internal partners to obtain and interpret customer data and act as subject matter expert on relevant external data, studies and reports concerning diverse and underserved segments.
Works with business line leaders and/or designated team members to champion and execute on committed strategies.
Partners with business lines on new and existing Access CommitmentTM initiatives including tracking and reporting.
Deeply engages internal enablement partners to provide insight on diverse segment business opportunities that help inform business line outreach and growth strategies
Leads with a risk mitigation mindset to enable growth in alignment with all Bank and regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- More than ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent with 10 or more years of experience in sales management and enablement, and direct experience working with the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
- Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area, including product development, performance, and market analytics.
- Significant cultural competence and adaptability across multiple dimensions of diversity, with a proven ability to respond appropriately to these differences in planning, implementing and evaluating strategies and opportunities.
- Ability to impact, lead, change and influence business direction in a fast-paced environment, establish priorities and drive results.
- Innovative visionary who can look beyond the status quo to find creative solutions.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentations skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
