U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple positions as a CLO Loan/Asset Administrator in our Collateralized Loan Obligation group within Paying/Transfer Agent Operations on the Global Asset Management Team.
Some responsibilities include:
Setting up different types of loans such as term loans, revolving credit, delayed draw, etc.
Setting up bond and equity securities.
Maintenance of these assets classes when changes occur.
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with minimum 2 years' experience in finance. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
CLO Loan/Asset Administrator 1
Qualifications
Typically an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically less than two years of relevant work experience
Skills/Experience
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of assigned functional area, including applicable systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Effective interpersonal and customer relation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
CLO Loan/Asset Administrator 2
Qualifications
Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically two to three years of relevant work experience
Skills/Experience
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Broad knowledge of assigned functional area, including applicable systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Effective interpersonal and customer relation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
