Job Description

We're seeking a part-time, Wholesale Work Coordinator to join our ONSITE location in Milwaukee. If you have a permanent need for only part-time hours, we'd love to connect with you. Our ideal hire will have experience in the production environment, able to stand for 6-8 hours a day, able to lift 10 lbs regularly throughout the shift while being flexible with work duties to meet strict deadlines.
Distributes workload, monitors production and participates in work as necessary. Coordinates with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines. Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature, referring more complex problems to supervisor or manager as necessary. Prepares reports, records and performance monitoring informing management of operational activities. Provides work direction and training to staff. Maintains knowledge of products, services and systems in assigned area.

Part-Time: 25-hours per week (Eligible for benefits)

Schedule: Sunday (8:30am to 5:30pm), Monday & Friday (9am to 5pm), Also need to be flexible as schedule subject to change.

Primary Functions:

  • Monitor and work the request items in OnDox for the Energy Park mail site.
  • Operate OPEX Falcon to scan documents.
  • Use KTA (Kofax Total Agility) to upload and send documents to business lines.
  • Work with support teams to test equipment and applications and report outcome to management.
  • Work with management and Digital Mail Support to roll out of new teams onboarding to Digital Mail.
  • Maintain physical records and record retention schedule.
  • Research and respond to incoming emails and Teams messages regarding digital mail issues, questions and concerns.
  • Open internal and external service tickets.
  • Report and escalate issues.

Will assist in the following functions:

  • Back up to mail services work coordinator.
  • Sort incoming mail and outgoing mail.
  • Extract contents from envelope and prep for ingestion.
  • Log in check items.
  • Collect, handle and store physical documents per requirement.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications and/or the equipment used in the assigned area
- Good customer relations skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Demonstrated leadership skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50 - $24.75
