Job Description

At TravelBank (a U.S. Bancorp company) you will have the opportunity to work in the travel and fintech industries serving some of the fastest growing companies in the world. As a member of the Marketing team, you will be a driving force in the culture of our team as well as having an immediate impact on the value the marketing team delivers to the business.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations and Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing marketing processes, implementing automation strategies, and leveraging technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team, sales, revenue operations to ensure that marketing systems and automation tools are properly integrated and aligned with business goals and help drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation: Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, and similar tools to improve lead generation, nurturing, customer engagement, and revenue.

  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, segmentation, and management of marketing data across multiple platforms. Ensure accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and customer journeys.

  • CRM Integration: Manage CRM systems to ensure smooth integration with marketing automation tools, optimizing the flow of data between sales and marketing teams.

  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations to optimize campaign strategies, lead nurturing, and conversion funnels.

  • Create and maintain regular reports to measure key marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, email performance) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess marketing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency. Implement solutions that enhance marketing performance and reduce manual work.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, sales, enablement and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

  • System Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure that all marketing tools and systems are functioning properly and up to date, troubleshooting any technical issues as they arise.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with and ability to troubleshoot and customize automation flows.

  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.

  • Proven experience in marketing operations and automation, with at least [X] years in a similar role.

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools).

  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of data integration between platforms.

  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, etc.).

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, email marketing best practices, and conversion optimization.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
