Job Description

The Project Manager/Business Analyst provides support and service to our business partners while remaining agile. Responsible for managing project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, as well as tracking project status and providing regular status updates to Sr. Management. Responsible for collaboration with internal staff. Critical to the candidate’s success are strong communication skills and organizational skills. The position relies on the individual to be results driven, comfortable preparing presentations, and can effectively communicate with individuals across the organization’s hierarchy.

The position requires SharePoint Online knowledge, such as SharePoint Administration, content management and user training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document high level and detailed requirements for Reporting, Process Automation, and/or data mart design
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners
  • Compile project status reports
  • Project planning
  • Track and monitor projects, data and metrics
  • Provide actionable information when problems arise
  • Respond to unexpected events and findings
  • Conduct assessment of business needs, lead meetings, plan agendas, and confer with business line leaders
  • Effectively manage projects while anticipating stakeholder needs and outcomes
  • Adhere to team standards, compliance and regulatory items, passing all audits
  • Meet assignment deadlines
  • Ability to remove barriers and enable team to meet objectives, while being professional and adhering to process controls
  • Create professional/polished PowerPoint presentations to facilitate discussions/meetings

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven to ten years of project management/business analyst experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible and have a tolerance for ambiguity
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, but also independently
  • Ability to build cross-function relationships, even in a remote environment
  • Experience facilitation skills
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organization abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience creating/administering SharePoint Online sites
  • Experience creating customized SharePoint Lists
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint Online
  • Experience creating customized SharePoint Forms and/or PowerAutomate Workflows a plus
  • The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
