Job Description
Operations Manager leads a team of Quality Analysts responsible for executing daily process and agent-level controls. Oversee operational activities by planning and scheduling departmental workflows, ensuring adequate staffing, and maintaining output quality in line with product and service standards. Partners proactively with business and regulatory review managers to foster a sustainable and efficient control environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the timely and accurate execution of control activities, ensuring team productivity and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with business units to validate test findings and review outcomes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of business unit products, policies, operations, and procedures.
- Stay current on applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct routine to moderately complex testing and control assessments.
- Develop comprehensive audit trails and document well-supported test conclusions.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Apply effective planning, implementation, and negotiation capabilities to drive team success.
- Leverage well-rounded knowledge of banking operations and human resources practices.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
