Job Description

Are you a seasoned digital producer/project manager with a passion for creativity and collaboration? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing ideas to life across a variety of media? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat, and highly experienced Senior Digital Producer/Executive Producer to join our dynamic in-house agency at U.S. Bank. With over 10 years of experience under your belt, you’ve seen it all—from TV spots and social media campaigns to interactive experiences, video content, banners, and beyond.

The Executive Producer is a senior operational leader within the internal creative studio, responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of advertising and marketing campaigns. This role ensures seamless coordination across teams, efficient resource allocation, and timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet business objectives and brand standards. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in content production, a strong understanding of platform-native storytelling, and the ability to lead complex workflows while maintaining creative excellence. This role requires a unique blend of operational rigor and creative intuition, with a strong understanding of modern content channels and production workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a wide range of creative projects from concept to completion across digital, video, social, and print channels.

  • Manage 2 Digital Producers.

  • Serve as the vital link between our talented creative team and our business partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

  • Collaborate with the brand creative lead to design, implement, and refine workflows to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of campaign delivery.

  • Manage internal and freelance staffing plans, balancing workloads and ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right projects.

  • Own production budgets, ensuring accurate scoping, cost tracking, and financial accountability across all projects.

  • Champion the use of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, AI-enabled platforms) to drive transparency and efficiency.

  • Proactively identify and resolve production risks, blockers, and bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

  • Track and report on production KPIs, including throughput, cycle time, and resource utilization, to inform continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Champion best practices in digital production and project management.

  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

  • 2 or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in production management, within advertising, media, or creative services.

  • Hands-on experience in video production, including managing shoots, post-production workflows, agencies, and vendor relationships.

  • Proven success working in large organizations and/or advertising agencies with complex stakeholder environments.

  • Deep understanding of production workflows across digital, video, and integrated media.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with enterprise project management tools and production tracking systems.

  • Experience working in or with financial services is a plus.

  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, can-do attitude.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
