Corporate Banking Analyst

About the Role

US Bank’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) is a major division dedicated to serving large institutional clients with tailored banking and financial solutions. ICG leverages the full resources of the bank to help clients grow, offering products across corporate banking, credit, and specialised finance. Our teams cover Portfolio Management, Credit, Specialised Industries, Public Sector, and Specialty Finance.

ICG works closely with WCIB (Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking) and PMI (Payments: Merchant and Institutional) to deliver integrated solutions.

As part of our strategic growth plans, ICG is expanding into Europe to strengthen our global institutional banking capabilities. We are hiring a Corporate Banking Analyst in London to join this exciting new team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the ICG Managing Director – Europe to support clients and prospects across the EU and UK.
  • Provide support with reporting and database management (SalesForce/nCino), pricing models, and RoE calculations.
  • Prepare internal and external written communications.
  • Support external meetings by creating marketing materials and conducting industry and company research and analysis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of previous corporate banking or related finance experience from a leading corporate banking institution.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with or for financial institutions.
  • Previous banking, finance, or sales experience preferred.
