Job Description
The Corporate Payment Systems team is currently seeking a Vice President, Senior AI Product Manager to own and oversee the strategic product management of agentic AI-powered products that support B2B clients and their payments of goods and services.
The incumbent will bring an “AI-first” mindset to their job, evaluating, designing, and developing agentic AI-powered products. They will also help champion an AI-first mindset across the product teams, and in doing so will work with a variety of business partners within and outside the bank to identify, define, and cultivate opportunities to meet customer needs.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the vision and strategy for this emerging domain and lead the execution that brings agentic AI payment experiences to life. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery to turn cutting-edge concepts into scalable, trusted solutions. CPS seeks a self-starter, self-learner, internal bridge-builder and technology sponge interested in absorbing all that is happening and transforming that information into insights and ideas for new agentic AI-powered product offerings, product positioning, product development and pricing philosophy. You’ll need the ability to ideate as well as execute.
Responsibilities
Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for agentic AI use cases
Define and deliver MVPs/pilots for AI use cases, then scale to production across multiple products
Conduct discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases and evolve business strategy to achieve desired business goals
Define product requirements in collaboration with cross functional teams across payments, and other teams
Collaborate with engineering to translate product requirements into executable plans and deliver features in a timely manner.
Evangelize product internally and externally, to craft compelling narratives and drive product usage.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10+ years’ experience in product management, including experience with AI products.
Proven success in launching AI-driven features or products.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Familiarity with ML workflows, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
Understanding of SaaS architecture and API integrations.
Ability to take ownership of complex, multi-faceted problems and drive successful outcomes
Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and roadmap management
Excellent communication skills, able to document/educate diverse audiences and drive consensus
Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong financial and competitive analysis skills
Demonstrated project management, leadership and interpersonal skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
