Job Description
The Business Savings & MMA Senior Pricing Manager must have a customer focused mindset with a passion for driving strategies to accelerate business deposits growth and stay one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. This role will oversee the development, pricing and implementation of the Business Savings & Money Market Account strategies within the Business Segment, spanning Business customers with $0- $50MM in sales. U.S. Bank’s strategic priorities to achieve (1) an industry-leading customer experience, (2) sustained relationship, loan balance and market share growth and (3) strong profitability. Pay Range: $139,230.00 - $163,800.00

BUSINESS DEPOSITS STRATEGIC PRICING AND PROFITABILITY PORTFOLIO MANGEMENT
- Drives and implements pricing profitability and performance across business savings & MMA products, managing short- and long-term outcomes of rate pricing impacts on the business deposits product portfolio including connection to product roadmap, OKRs, and strategic investments. Influences pricing decisions, product offerings, and end-to-end product management.
- Business Deposits liaison in bank pricing forums across business lines and Treasury teams.
- Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on product performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Uses performance metrics to drive towards progress on savings & MMA pricing strategies and initiatives.
- Influences and drives alignment across functions, channels, and lines of business to set product pricing strategy, manage performance, and optimize execution.
- In collaboration with marketing, influences multi-channel business savings & MMA marketing strategy, budget, and key performance indicators to drive business deposits growth.
- Identifies initial and ongoing business savings & MMA pricing use cases by communicating and incorporating customer/user needs, competitive landscape, business objectives, the bank's strategic advantage and economic environment to enhance new or existing deposits strategy.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of product through internal/external research (e.g., creation of personas, story maps, chartering/mapping experience).
- Engages with enabling functions (e.g., treasury, marketing, sales, training, operations, go to market, etc.) to position and promote supported and planned strategy to achieve business savings & MMA goals.
- Supports client pricing strategy consultation with sales channel. Understand overall client profitability and present options that ensure appropriate pricing and profitability considerations are understood.
- Product Management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
- Advanced product management or similar experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Background in fostering an environment of innovation and customer centricity, institutionalizing agile innovation practices, and a customer insight to action culture
- Experience with Business Banking user base
- Experience in a high-pressure matrixed environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in liquidity management and pricing, financial analysis
- Experience in Deposit pricing
