The Digital Solutions Manager is a product management role responsible for the vision, ownership, and evolution of Ascent’s core investment technology platforms. In this capacity, the manager also oversees a small team dedicated to ensuring data quality and integrity across all digital platforms, maintaining accuracy and reliability of critical client information.

This role serves as the product owner for Addepar on behalf of the Ascent business line and acts as a strategic connector between Advisors, clients (at Advisor direction), product, technology, operations, and external partners.

In addition to Addepar, the role serves as the business advocate for partner platforms such as Pivot, USB Online, and related advisor‑ and client‑facing tools, ensuring platforms, integrations, and reporting solutions support evolving UHNW client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy (Addepar and Partner Platforms)

  • Serve as the primary Product Manager and Subject Matter Expert for Addepar, with hands‑on ownership of platform configuration, data structures, reporting, dashboards, entity hierarchies, and overall user experience.

  • Define and drive product vision, charters, roadmaps, and prioritization aligned with Ascent’s business strategy, advisor workflows, and client outcomes.

  • Evaluate and participate in vendor beta programs, assessing strategic fit, scalability, and alignment with business line objectives.

  • Lead the product governance committee, ensuring disciplined decision‑making across enhancements, integrations, and change management.

  • Establish clear product outcomes and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize features, enhancements, and operational improvements.

  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and design through development, testing, rollout, and adoption assuring measurable value realization.

  • Manage internal U.S. Bank vendor requirements, including compliance, contract and legal coordination, and Models & Tools governance.

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret business and platform data to inform product decisions, prioritize enhancements, and improve Advisor and client experiences.

  • Partner with technology and operations teams to manage data feeds, reconciliation workflows, issue resolution, and ongoing platform optimization.

  • Act as the business voice in evaluating platform capabilities, technical debt reduction, modernization needs, and scalability considerations.

Cross‑Functional & Agile Delivery

  • Activate the connective tissue between Advisors, business stakeholders, customer experience, digital, technology, operations, risk, and external vendors.

  • Collaborate closely with agile delivery teams, experience design, product owners, and developers to translate requirements into actionable features.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, working sessions, user acceptance testing, and release planning to ensure solutions deliver intended business and client outcomes.

Advisor & Client Enablement (In Collaboration)

  • Support Advisors with expert guidance on effective use of Addepar, Pivot, USB Online, and related platforms in client engagements.

  • Participate in client meetings at the direction of Advisors to support platform setup, reporting design, and explanation of digital tools.

  • Ensure reporting and digital solutions align with Advisor‑led relationship strategies and provide a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

Partner Platform Advocacy

  • Act as a business advocate and subject‑matter resource for partner platforms and integrations.

  • Clearly communicate business requirements, pain points, and enhancement opportunities to internal and external product and development teams.

  • Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities across the Ascent business.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Addepar in a UHNW, family office, or sophisticated wealth management environment

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing people, including direct management of individual contributors, performance coaching, goal setting, and fostering high‑performing, engaged teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Senior product management or product owner experience with accountability for business‑critical platforms

  • Strong understanding of investment reporting, complex data structures, and multi‑platform ecosystems

  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams and influencing outcomes in matrixed organizations

  • Advisor‑centric mindset with experience supporting high‑touch client relationships
