Job Description
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support leaders within the Technology organization. This role will report to a senior technology leader and provide shared administrative support to multiple leaders across the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑service oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
This position plays a key role in enabling technology leaders to stay focused on strategic initiatives by ensuring strong day‑to‑day administrative support and coordination.

Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple technology leaders, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Support Workday-related tasks and other internal administrative processes
- Assist with event planning logistics for quarterly offsites, town halls, and team meetings (flights, agendas, logistics, coordination)
- Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations and reports, including materials for staff meetings, recognition activities, and anniversaries
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for leaders and partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
- Partner with another administrative professional to ensure consistent coverage and workload balance across the leadership team
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally supporting multiple leaders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of personalities
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Experience supporting leaders within a technology or corporate environment
- Familiarity with event planning or team logistics coordination
- Prior experience using Workday or similar HR systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
