  • Conduct secondary review on elevated risks to ensure appropriate escalation and treatment.
  • Ensure activities are performed within required timeframes and with appropriate review rigor.
  • Serve as a primary contact for BL customers regarding ongoing monitoring expectations and findings.
  • Partner with SMEs in Information Security, Procurement, Legal, and other risk groups to resolve monitoring issues and clarify requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated business line portfolio data, including segmentation, service mapping, and monitoring cadence compliance.
  • Oversee monitoring‑related issues and remediation efforts, ensuring team tracks progress and escalates delays or risk impacts.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen monitoring procedures, introduce standardization, or improve documentation workflows.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership and help implement new or refined processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of TPRM policies and relevant regulatory expectations.
  • Reinforce compliance within team workflows and escalate interpretation questions when needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Typically 2-3 years of experience in risk management, vendor/third party risk, compliance, or related role.
  • Experience coaching or providing informal leadership to others.
  • Foundational understanding of third party risk domains, including information security, resiliency, financial health, and compliance.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience performing or overseeing ongoing monitoring activities within a TPRM program.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage team workflow and shifting priorities.
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to guide team members and explain monitoring results to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Archer, ServiceNow, CLM tools, or other TPRM systems.
  • Analytical skills with ability to review monitoring evidence and assess risk impacts.
