Job Description
Performs a range of document processing, record‑keeping, and administrative support activities related to customer accounts. The role requires a strong understanding of products and services within the assigned area, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include entering and updating customer account information, recording transactions, reviewing and summarizing documentation, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing requests for information in a timely and professional manner.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically two to three years of clerical and customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems related to the assigned area
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to identify issues, apply sound judgment, and resolve or appropriately escalate complex problems
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and internal systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements
