Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Product Manager, Retail Payment System (multiple positions) in Brookfield, WI.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Define vision and roadmap for retail payment system products.
- Conduct market research for industry edge and user feedback to recommend product enhancements.
- Drive new product features and functionality across the organization.
- Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through stakeholder collaboration.
- Monitor information technology features, project management, and lead end-to-end product development execution and launch in conjunction with OKRs.
- Oversee risk identification and mitigation plan within JIRA framework.
- Make data driven recommendations.
- Lead plan for modernization of the technical product and user experience improvement for user debt reduction.
Basic Qualifications:
Position requires a Master's degree in Finance or Information Systems, and 3 years in an Business Intelligence Analyst, or related, occupation.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following:
1. Perform data analysis using SQL;
2. Develop and testing software applications using Scrum framework;
3. Develop product features using Servicenow;
4. Document products using Confluence;
5. JIRA framework and Tableau; and
6. Create business process flows using Visio and lucid chart.
